
Associate of Operations
Formulate and apply business analytics and modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with executing ideas for donor stewardship, ensuring donor engagement and satisfaction. Use Google Analytics and other methods to gain insights from donor activities on the website. Collect and analyze data in support of executive decision making. Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to improve fundraising trends. Assist in data collection and analysis related to donations, contributing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records and databases of external stakeholders, ensuring that information is current and easily accessible for internal and external use. Serve as a point of contact for individual and corporate donors, cultivating strong donor relationships. Manage grant evaluation processes to maintain compliance with grant requirements and reporting standards. Manage financial reconciliations to ensure transparency and accuracy. Develop business processes to track revenue and expenses, maintain meticulous records and provide regular updates to the Operations and Fundraising Team.
Minimum Requirements: Must have Master of Business Administration (STEM), Master of Business analytics or related field and Google Analytics Certification. No Travel Required. Telecommuting Permitted 1 day per week with supervisor approval.
