Unpaid - Fundraising & Resource Development Intern

Baltimore Green Justice Workers Cooperative (BGJWC) is seeking an outgoing, articulate and well-spoken intern (undergrad or grad student) to volunteer for a seasonal Fundraising/Resource Development Internship at BGJWC.

BGJWC's Fundraising/Resource Development Intern is responsible for the following:

• securing vehicle donations via the BGJWC website;
• securing property donations via the BGJWC website;
• encouraging people/businesses to purchase BGJWC swag (tee-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) via the BGJWC website
• encouraging people/businesses to make financial contributions via the BGJWC website.

If approved by their educational institutions, college students selected for this internship may receive program or course credit.  BGJWC encourages eligible applicants to speak with their college advisor and/or the career development office at their college to inquire about the opportunity to receive program or course credit.  

NOTE:  You will never be asked or expected to collect cash or credit card information of contributors/donors. You are expected to direct contributors/donors to BGJWC's website so they can set-up their own cash or credit card transactions.
