TAG AI Product Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking two (2) highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help create our product and optimize user experience. You will be responsible for tracking product performance, supporting experimentation, collecting and translating requirements, and contributing to QA and change management processes.

As part of a growing internal product team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform as it evolves from a functional MVP into a robust enterprise-level application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze support tickets, customer feedback, and success metrics to inform product improvements
  • Participate in customer meetings or feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights that complement analytics
  • Partner with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Translate user needs and pain points into structured requirements and user stories
  • Support product managers in backlog grooming and roadmap planning by prioritizing requirements based on data and impact
  • Assist in writing user stories and validating acceptance criteria and product behavior pre- and post-launch
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that product features meet business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure proper resolution of issues uncovered during testing
  • Contribute to change management planning for product rollouts, including training support, documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Help monitor adoption of new features and identify friction points post-release
  • Ensure key business teams are informed of product updates and their implications


Job Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting cross-functional product development
  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
  • Experience with or working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies


WE'D PREFER IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles (e.g., bias mitigation, privacy, consent)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and are expected to work in-person at the TAG Washington, D.C. office five days per week. Please note that TAG maintains a dog-friendly office environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in close proximity to dogs as part of our standard in-person work setting.

TAG provides competitive benefits, including premium health insurance, generous paid time off, 401(k) matching, and commuter allowances, with regular training opportunities available to its employees. For this role, TAG offers a salary of $65,000-$95,000 with eligibility for a discretionary end-of-year bonus. All interested candidates must apply via the application portal on our website.
