Fall Internship Opportunity – The White House Historical Association

 

The White House Historical Association is seeking a Fall 2025 Intern to join our team and assist with daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in history, business, or nonprofit administration to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

 

Position Details

Start Date: September 2, 2025 (can be flexible)

Hours: 15–20 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday (flexible hours to accommodate classes)

Location: 1610 H Street NW, Washington, D.C.

Duration: Fall 2025 semester

Pay: $17.95 hourly

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including:

  • Research projects as assigned
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Printing and document preparation
  • Packaging and mailing, including FedEx services

Support office operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily activities

 

Qualifications:

Current student, preferably majoring in History or Business

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic

Must be available to work in-person
