Responsibilities Include:

- Assist senior analysts in conducting market research to analyze property values, rental rates, occupancy trends, and economic indicators.

- Develop an understanding of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.

Financial Analysis & Modeling:
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models used to evaluate the profitability and risk of real estate investments.
- Assist with due diligence reviews, including reviewing financial statements, leases, and other relevant documents.
- Gain proficiency in building cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and valuation models.

Reporting & Communication:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
