As an Investment Banking Intern, you will work closely with our partners and senior professionals to evaluate opportunities, perform financial analysis, and support the execution of high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research to support live transactions.

Assist in preparing pitch decks, investment memos, and client presentations.

Collaborate with deal teams and external partners to evaluate private market opportunities.

Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.

Participate in due diligence and assist in coordinating transaction workflows.
