Social Media & Growth Marketing Internship – Sherman Wealth Management

Sherman Wealth Management is seeking a creative, motivated intern to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role will focus on helping grow our local presence, optimize marketing funnels, and engage with our niche audience across social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to execute outreach initiatives, create content, drive engagement and business development initiatives. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media & marketing within the financial services industry,

Job Duties:

Assist with creating and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Help develop and refine marketing funnels and outreach strategies

Research local events and opportunities for community engagement

Support podcast promotion and email marketing initiatives

Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics

Drive business development campaigns to increase company reach and identify target prospects

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, etc.)

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Interest in personal finance and financial literacy
