Acquisitions Intern Position (Summer 2026)
Linden Property Group (“Linden”) was formed in 2010 to acquire well-located workforce housing that provides stable, risk-adjusted returns for our investors and ownership team. The company has successfully acquired, financed, and operated 27 communities in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We currently own over 2,800 units in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are looking to increase our holdings in the following areas:
- Northern Virginia
- Richmond, Virginia
- Hampton Roads, Virginia
- I-81 Corridor (Roanoke, VA to Harrisonburg, PA)
Linden takes an active role in asset management and capital markets, aiming to maintain optimal financial performance while providing first-class resident services for our communities. We have a targeted acquisition approach to both market rate and rent restricted, affordable properties near amenities, employment, and transportation. Position: Acquisitions Intern (Summer 2026)
Location: 4401 N Fairfax Dr, Suite 340, Arlington, VA 22203
Steps from Ballston Metro station
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week. In office work with some travel required
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist in the underwriting and structuring of potential investments
- Assist in the due diligence, closing processes for new multifamily investments
- Market and Competitive Property Research
- Assist in asset or construction management activities including tracking and analyzing asset performance
- Analyze other best-in-class real estate companies for strategy, trends, and methods
- Select administrative support
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstration of excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with the concepts and terminology of property underwriting, property management, debt & equity capital markets, and/or construction management
- A demonstrated track record of sustained hard work while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Must be well-composed and articulate; can represent the company well in the financial, operating, and contracting communities

Work experience in retail sales, construction, real estate, a publicly traded company, or a financial services institution
