Flagship Advisory Partners is a high-growth boutique strategy consultancy and M&A advisory firm focused on the payments and fintech industries. You will work with a team of highly experienced experts and consultants located in the U.S. and Europe. Flagship currently has physical office locations in Annapolis, Amsterdam, London, and Prague. What You Will Do

You will work alongside experienced Consultants, Managers, and Partners as you perform core functions to support client engagements including: conducting research, performing financial analysis, and preparing client presentations and other forms of deliverables. Additionally, you will support Flagship’s business development efforts by helping to develop thought leadership pieces (which are published on our website), and by drafting sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Position is entry-level, but prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy is a plus
• Strong foundation for consulting skills, including but not limited to MS PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, understanding of business/finance/strategy concepts, analytical thinking, detailed research/analysis, strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work as part of a team, and high-quality written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in-person at our office in Annapolis, Maryland (required)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A. without sponsorship from Flagship
• Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree (business/finance or analytical/research-oriented fields such as economics preferred but not required)
• Willingness to travel (most of our work is based in our offices, but travel is required for some meetings and on-site interactions with clients)
