INTERNS: PFM'S INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE
At PFM, Interns are valued contributors to the teams that serve our diverse client base. Our internship experience is designed to provide meaningful exposure to public finance, hands-on analytical work, and the collaborative culture that defines our firm. Many of our senior leaders began their careers as Interns, and we view this role as a vital entry point for future talent.
As an Intern, you’ll support PFM’s Financial Advisory practice by contributing to client engagements, conducting research, and assisting with financial analyses that inform key decisions. Interns gain insight into the public sector, develop technical skills, and work alongside professionals who are committed to mentoring and professional development.
PFM encourages repeat and multi-year internships for high-performing individuals who seek broader exposure to our practice areas. A successful internship can lead to an offer for a full-time Analyst position, making this experience a meaningful step toward a long-term career at PFM.
