Workplace Advisory Consulting Intern — Summer 2026

As a workplace advisory consulting intern at Gallup, you’re more than “just an intern.” You’re an integral part of our team, our culture and the impact we make on organizations. What You’ll Do  

Gallup’s consulting internship is a combination of learning, researching and executing important work for real clients. We will invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis and delivery of key recommendations to organizational leaders — all while focusing on your strengths and career development. 

During your internship, you will: 

  • Learn from mentors, managers and experts who guide you to achieve professional excellence 
  • Collaborate on Gallup clients’ consulting work 
  • Learn how to develop workplace solutions that foster growth and impact 
  • Design, implement and present a workplace advisory project
  • Receive developmental feedback and hone your consulting skills

What You Need  

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Washington, D.C., required 
  • Anticipated graduation by spring 2027 required 
  • Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required 
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2026 required 
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least four days a week required 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
