
Credit Analyst
Job Description
The Credit Analyst position is responsible for analyzing customer financials and preparing credit memos in order to approve, risk rate and modify credit facilities.
Requirements
- Responsible for underwriting including financial analysis of credit request;
- Participate in customer meetings and make direct inquiry for specific customer information based on prior research, experience and knowledge.
- Assist with general portfolio management.
- Assist with accurate and timely credit actions, including periodic reviews, renewals and modifications.
- Assist with credit risk related reporting.
- Assist with other credit administration related task.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of credit and financial analysis techniques.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Developed PC skills including proficiency and capability in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of credit and Customer information.
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
