Analyst Program Summary
Scheduled to start July 2026, our 2-Year Analyst Program is designed to be a launchpad for your career. From day one, you will gain hands-on exposure to the financial and operational aspects of investing and asset management, working alongside seasoned professionals.
- Year One: Build your analytical toolkit with sophisticated financial modeling, while developing a solid understanding of the markets in which Realterm invests.
- Year Two: Step into leadership—own projects, mentor new analysts, and make meaningful contributions to investment and asset management decisions.
At the end of the program, strong performers are promoted to Associate, putting you on a fast track toward a career in private equity.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will be exposed to multiple business areas, ensuring a dynamic and well-rounded experience.
- Asset Management: Prepare property-level budgets, drive lease analysis and negotiation, partner with brokers on market activities, support fund and capital-raising projects, and directly contribute to improving asset performance.
- Debt Capital Markets: Model cash flows, evaluate financing opportunities, and structure deals in complex lending environments.
- Equity Capital Markets: Support fundraising efforts globally, onboard/manage new investor relationships on behalf of our funds and deepen your understanding of capital markets and investor relations.
- Investments: Contribute to sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and investment memos—building critical skills in analysis, strategy, and communication.
Skills, Education and Experience
- A recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) in real estate, finance, or private equity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Motivated by a passion for real estate, investing, and making an impact.
Work Environment
The position will work in a general office setting and may require travel, up to 20% of time annually, to remote office
locations based on organizational/business needs.
