Location: Washington, DC
Schedule: Part-Time (Evenings and Weekends Preferred) - 8-10 hours per week (January -
September 2025)
Compensation: Up to $1,000 per completed facilitator cohort (15 youth minimum)
Position Summary
CEA Enterprise, LLC is seeking dynamic and dedicated Facilitators to assist in implementing the
Love Notes 4.1 curriculum as part of the CEA on LOC Program. This program serves youth ages 10 to 19 years old in Washington, DC, equipping them with skills to foster healthy relationships, strengthen decision-making, and prepare for adulthood. The Facilitator will engage participants in interactive sessions, support evaluation and monitoring activities, conduct outreach, and connect youth to needed health and social services.
Key Responsibilities
●Deliver the Love Notes 4.1 curriculum to youth participants with fidelity, ensuring engaging, age-appropriate, and culturally responsive facilitation.
●Recruit and retain program participants through active outreach in schools, community organizations, and other youth-centered spaces.
●Promote the program through community engagement and collaboration with stakeholders.
●Support evaluation and monitoring activities, including administering entry and exit surveys, maintaining facilitator logs, and submitting session attendance and feedback forms.
●Refer youth participants to appropriate health and social services as needed to address identified needs and support their well-being.
●Coordinate with program staff and community partners to ensure effective delivery of program components.
●Attend required trainings, staff meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities to remain aligned with program goals and updates.
●Serve as a positive role model for youth participants, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
●Passion for working with youth ages 10–19 and a commitment to supporting their emotional, social, and personal development.
●Prior experience facilitating youth programs, teaching, or working in community-based settings preferred.
●Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet program schedules and participant availability.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with youth and families.
● Familiarity with Washington, DC communities and resources is a plus.

● Must successfully pass all required background checks prior to employment.
Compensation
Facilitators will receive $1,000 per successfully completed youth cohort, with a minimum enrollment of 15 youth per cohort. Payment is issued upon completion of all required sessions, documentation, and data reporting for the cohort.
