First-Year Power Analyst

Power Analysts work within a team focused on trading power futures of varying duration and tenor ranging from an hour the next day to a month over a year from now. Analysts take responsibility for an individual work module that forms part of the team's overall trading activities. Key attributes for success at DC Energy include:

While we have no explicit required experience for successful applicants, and we have hired people from many different backgrounds, our quantitative analytic approach is well suited to people with  a computer science background or significant coding experience. 

DC Energy does not offer visa sponsorships at this time. Each candidate hired for this position will be required to complete a Form I-9 within three days of starting work at DC Energy to confirm authorization to work in the United States. All DC Energy Analysts work in our office in Northern Virginia.
