Public Opinion Analyst Intern

What We Do:

We’re a fast-paced, AI-driven political research firm based in Alexandria, VA, and we’re looking for an intern to join our Public Opinion Analyst team this summer. If you’re passionate about Republican politics, curious about what drives public opinion, and excited to turn data into insights that shape real-world decisions, we’d love to hear from you.

Overview:

This is an in-office position (Not Virtual) based in Alexandria, VA. Candidates should be available for a minimum of 20 hours/week, but open to 40 hours/week. Our firm offers a competitive salary of $17/hr.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to multiple research projects from start to finish.
• Analyze polling data, sentiment trends, and public opinion from various sources. 
• Turn complex reports into clear, actionable insights for Republican political stakeholders.
• Stay on top of political developments, especially within conservative and Republican circles. 
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure research aligns with client goals. 
• Create polished reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively.  
• Maintain a strong awareness of current events and political context.

What We’re Looking For:

• Majoring in Political Science or a related field.
• A strong interest in Republican or Conservative politics. 
• Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information. 
• Comfort with basic data analysis and visualization tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
