Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
• High intellectual curiosity and interest in financial markets
• Strong motivation and ability to perform in high-performance, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated interest in finance, investing, or healthcare
• Prior exposure to financial analysis, financial modeling, investment banking, equity research, consulting, or corporate finance preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and professional maturity
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience is a plus
