About the Job
We are currently seeking a Relationship Guide to join our team at the Rosedale branch. This front-line position is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting with basic banking needs, processing transactions, and educating customers about Rosedale Bank's products and services. You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, service excellence, and relationship-building.
In this position you will:
- Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
- Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
- Learn and promote all Bank products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide them through processes like online banking and ATM PIN resets.
- Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
- Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
- Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service experience; cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer relationship focus
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Ability to count large sums of cash and coin
- Basic computer skills and problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain standing for 50%-75% of the time
- Occasionally move around the office to access files and equipment
- Frequent use of computers and office equipment (calculator, copier, printer)
- Ability to work at other branch locations based on business needs
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
