Development Internship
Development Internship (Sales/Marketing) – Washington, DC
At Capital Research Center, we believe transparency is the foundation of a free society. For nearly four decades, CRC has investigated and exposed the hidden networks that influence public life—from billion-dollar foundations to advocacy nonprofits that operate in the shadows. Our work gives citizens, policymakers, and journalists the facts they need to hold powerful interests accountable. CRC’s hard-hitting, investigative journalism is grounded in the principles of individual liberty, a free-market economy, and limited, constitutional government.
Capital Research Center is currently looking for entrepreneurial college students to help us fulfill our mission. We are seeking candidates to join a fast-moving, nimble national team providing local, regional, and national updates to our supporters around the country leveraging creative digital, print, and design materials and personal service. Interns providing prompt and professional service, excellent project planning, and team contributions may be eligible for a FT role. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
A CRC Internship Includes:
Payment — Unlike many DC internships, CRC interns are compensated and are paid the DC minimum wage, currently $17.95 per hour.
Full-Time Work — CRC interns are scheduled to work 37.5 hours each week. (We may be able to accommodate part-time schedules based on circumstances, but please indicate that in your application email.) Our offices are metro accessible.
Meaningful Projects — CRC interns are assigned high-priority projects, and they are expected to excel in entrepreneurial endeavors.
Networking — Our coveted positions offer an enclave into the thriving world of the conservative movement. Take advantage of time in the DC metro area to rsvp for free events at think tanks featuring leading policy experts, sign up for embassy events for young professionals, attend hearings on the Hill, and meet other young conservatives from around the country at receptions and screenings.
