This position at Ellucian is a full-time, paid Customer Operations Analyst Intern role within the Customer Success Operations team, based hybrid in Reston, VA. The internship runs May 18–August 7, 2026. Interns will analyze customer survey and CRM data, build dashboards, document workflows, and support escalation tracking and reporting efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in customer analytics and operational improvement within an EdTech organization and is ideal for students interested in data analytics, customer operations, and business intelligence careers.
