Duties

  • Provides guidance to staff for conducting research projects to investigate new theories and practices in frame development, sampling, data collection methodology and data analysis.
  • Leads and manages both mathematical and survey statisticians to perform research and develop programs related to survey methodology.
  • Performs a full range of research and development activities that encompass the cognitive sciences, survey and statistical methodology, and experimental design and testing.
  • Prepares reports and clearly communicates conflict, competing objectives, major resource limitations, reductions, or comparable complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
