Responsibilities and Duties: The role offers broad exposure across financial statement analysis and forecasting, performance analysis, transaction execution, and internal and external reporting. Key responsibilities include:

Transaction , Evaluation and Execution
- Assessing and tracking new investment opportunities
- Market research and investment thesis development
- Investment due diligence (financial, competitive, strategic, etc.)

Portfolio Company Support
- Financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and general analytical support
- Support in operating plan development, strategic initiatives, and corporate development

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree, required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred
- Up to two years of financial experience in a similar industry and functional role
- Top performer in the following areas: qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, finance, business judgement, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Self-motivated with high degree of intellectual curiosity, proactive mentality and desire to work in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment
- High level of integrity with strong references
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Full understanding of all three financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, statement of cash flows)
- Experience preparing detailed financial models and company business valuations including experience forecasting balance sheets, statements of cash flow, and statements of profit and loss, including the linking of all three statements in one dynamic model
