Join Northlane Capital Partners and Clearsight Advisors on Friday, April 24, 2026 to learn about investment banking (IB) and private equity (PE) careers and future internship opportunities. Through the course of the day, students will have the opportunity to learn about how an IB/PE firm operates, pathways to IB/PE, and opportunities at Northlane and Clearsight. The day will also include a networking luncheon in which students will be able to speak with senior and junior team members from both Northlane and Clearsight.
This program is designed to attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and those interested in learning more about investment banking and/or private equity. This program will be in-person at Northlane’s offices in Bethesda, MD.
Qualifications
Current freshman or sophomore at a US-based college or university with a strong GPA Interest in business, finance, investment banking, and/or private equity
