As we expand into healthcare and health-tech sectors, we’re looking for a Healthcare Data Scientist who can work with complex healthcare data and help build intelligent, data-driven solutions that support better decision-making.

Role Overview

As a Healthcare Data Scientist, you’ll work on analyzing healthcare datasets and building models that improve outcomes, efficiency, and insights across clinical and operational workflows.

This role combines data science, healthcare domain understanding, and product impact—you won’t just build models, you’ll help turn them into real-world solutions.

What You’ll Work On

Analyze healthcare datasets including EHR, claims data, and clinical records

Build predictive models for patient outcomes, risk scoring, and operational efficiency

Develop data-driven insights to support healthcare and business decision-making

Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data

Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to implement solutions

Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations

Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement

Support deployment and monitoring of data science models in production

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field

2–5 years of experience in data science, preferably in healthcare or life sciences

Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

Strong SQL and data handling skills

Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques

Familiarity with healthcare data such as EHR, claims, or clinical datasets

Understanding of data privacy standards (HIPAA or similar)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with NLP for clinical text or medical records

Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Exposure to AI/ML model deployment or MLOps workflows

Experience working on healthcare or health-tech SaaS platforms
