Operations & Growth Associate

Title: Intern to Permanent – Operations & Growth Associate (Equity Track)

Location: Hybrid (Great Falls, VA / Remote)
Type: Internship → Full-Time
Compensation: Paid Internship + Performance Bonuses + Equity Path

Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, self-directed, and cross-capable individual to step into a high-impact role spanning operations, growth, and deal execution. This is not a traditional internship. It is a structured path to a permanent position with meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to leadership, and a clearly defined equity opportunity.

You will work across multiple active business lines, including consulting, capital advisory, and operating companies. The right candidate will quickly become indispensable.

What You Will Do

Own and organize CRM systems (contacts, follow-ups, deal tracking)

Build and maintain investor, client, and partner pipelines

Coordinate outreach across LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms

Support live deals (M&A, capital raises, partnerships)

Create and refine internal systems and processes

Conduct targeted research and data enrichment

Assist in marketing execution (campaigns, messaging, tracking)

Manage scheduling, communications, and operational priorities

Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions independently

Who You Are

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to operate without constant direction

Comfortable handling multiple projects at once

Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Resourceful and solution-oriented

Interested in business, investing, operations, or entrepreneurship

Calm under pressure and capable of executing at a high level

Tools You May Use

GoHighLevel (CRM), HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Canva, AI tools, data enrichment platforms

Growth Path
