About Us

The Concord Coalition and Concord Coalition Action Fund (CCAF) are nonpartisan organizations committed to promoting fiscal responsibility and sustainable federal budget policies. The United States government is $39 trillion in debt, has annual deficits of 6% of GDP, and interest payments on the national debt that are more than we spend on national defense. Our staff and national membership are deeply concerned about our national fiscal situation. Concord educates the public, engages stakeholders, and advocates for systemic reforms to drive the national conversation toward getting the federal budget balanced.
