Overview
We’re looking for a Market Specialist to join a growing healthcare analytics and consulting team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the business from the ground up.
This position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting client teams. You’ll work closely with more experienced analysts and consultants, helping to prepare data, build reports, and ensure the accuracy of financial analyses that ultimately inform client strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support analysts and consultants with day-to-day analytics and reporting work
- Prepare and organize data for financial analyses and client deliverables
- Assist with renewal and underwriting support activities
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of outputs
- Work on smaller, less complex client groups with higher volume exposure
- Learn core healthcare concepts including plan design, pricing, and funding structures
- Build foundational Excel skills and apply them in real-world scenarios
This role is primarily internal-facing with no direct client interaction initially, allowing you to focus on learning and development to grow into roles with more complex clients.
