Busy Beltsville, MD independent insurance agency has an open entry level position. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, reliable person who possesses excellent people skills, is technically proficient, and is able to prioritize. We will train the right person, from the bottom up, to be a customer service insurance agent. We will help you get licensed and pay for your continuing education.

Responsibilities: 

• Speaking with clients by phone to help them understand their personal insurance (auto, homeowners, etc.).

• Responding to policy questions, problem solving, and following issues through to resolution.

• Reviewing coverage, recommending changes, and reporting claims.

• Quoting and placing policies for existing clients.

• Electronic filing and documentation.

No experience necessary, however, we are looking for candidates who are:
