Anchored Restoration Solutions (ARS) is an emerging authority in workforce wellness and occupational mental health. Marriage Pinnacle is a growing platform dedicated to strengthening marriages through education, community, and coaching resources. Both organizations are in active growth phases and are operated by the same founder.

 

This is a high-impact, dual-brand support role. You will work directly with the founder to advance strategic priorities across both organizations simultaneously. The right candidate is a self-starter who writes well, manages competing deadlines gracefully, and takes pride in producing polished, professional work with minimal oversight.

 

Core responsibilities

Content & communications writing

  • Write cold outreach emails, follow-up sequences, and cold call scripts tailored to target industries
  • Develop social media content calendars and batch-draft posts across platforms for both brands
  • Write grant narrative sections, compile supporting documentation, and track submission deadlines for Marriage Pinnacle
  • Draft course outlines, lesson summaries, and learner workbooks under the founder's direction

 

Research & business development support

  • Build and maintain prospect lists for ARS: identify HR leads, corporate wellness buyers, and decision-makers
  • Research speaking opportunities, podcasts, and media placements relevant to workforce wellness
  • Identify open grant opportunities aligned with Marriage Pinnacle's mission and eligibility criteria
  • Research potential partners, co-marketing opportunities, and referral relationships for both brands

 

Operations & administrative

  • Manage and triage email inboxes for both organizations; draft replies for founder's review
  • Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, protect focused work blocks, and prevent cross-brand scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare meeting briefs in advance and capture action items afterward
  • Produce a weekly one-page progress summary across both brands
  • Build and maintain simple trackers (grant pipeline, prospect pipeline, content calendar)
