Who We’re Looking For 

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Client Service Associate to join our wealth planning firm. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a four-year degree who is interested in financial planning and wants to build a long-term career in the profession. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to learn while supporting both clients and advisors in delivering an excellent service experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

Support advisors and the broader team with day-to-day client service and administrative needs 

Communicate professionally with clients in person, by phone, and in writing 

Prepare, process, and track client forms, paperwork, and account-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy 

Maintain organized client records and help keep internal systems and workflows up to date 

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on client requests 

Coordinate with custodians and other third parties as needed to help complete client service tasks 

Use Microsoft Office and other firm technology tools to manage information, complete tasks, and support office operations 

Contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure a smooth, professional client experience 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree 

Expected to become FINRA licensed 

Strong interest in financial planning, personal finance, and building a career in wealth management 

Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with a team 

Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through reliably 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel 

Positive attitude, professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn 

Previous office, administrative, or client service experience is a plus, but not required
