NeuroHire is building an AI-first SaaS platform that helps companies make smarter hiring decisions using data and intelligent systems. As data becomes central to every decision, we believe analytics shouldn’t be limited to technical teams alone.

We’re looking for a Citizen Data Scientist who can combine business understanding with data-driven thinking to uncover insights, improve processes, and support smarter decision-making using modern analytics and AI tools.

What You’ll Work On

  • Analyze business and product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for different teams
  • Use analytics and AI-powered tools to generate insights and improve workflows
  • Work closely with business, product, and operations teams to support decision-making
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
  • Monitor KPIs and help teams understand performance metrics
  • Clean and organize datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Support automation and reporting initiatives across the company
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or business-focused data roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or modern productivity tools
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Python or no-code/low-code analytics tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and product analytics
  • Exposure to AI tools for reporting, automation, or data analysis
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
