🚀 AI Automation & Systems Intern – Remote / Hybrid

ABRB Consulting is seeking a highly motivated AI Automation & Systems Intern to help build and optimize AI-driven workflows, operational systems, CRM processes, and business automation initiatives.

This internship provides hands-on experience working with real business systems, automation tools, outreach workflows, operational processes, and growth-focused projects in a fast-moving business environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in building and optimizing AI-powered automation workflows
  • Support CRM organization, pipeline management, and operational systems
  • Conduct market research, lead intelligence gathering, and data organization
  • Help improve workflows, reporting structures, and operational efficiency
  • Support outreach systems across LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members on automation initiatives
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement projects
  • Track workflow performance and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements:

  • Interest in AI, automation, operations, or business systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and execute efficiently
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus
