Program Analyst
The Department of War (DoW) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join the team as a Program Analyst supporting the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), Workforce Performance & Specialized Employment Division.

What You Will Do: As a Program Analyst, you will gain incredible hands-on experience and build a high-impact portfolio by:
- Serve as a Program Analyst with responsibility for conducting research, analyzing and evaluating programs, operations and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for providing timely information, guidance and support to customers regarding performance management, which may include data that pertains to legacy or senior executive rating-based awards.
- Leading and conducting comprehensive studies.
- Identify, study and analyze short and long-range operating trends.
Education Level: Undergraduate or higher

- Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and evaluate complex organizational programs, operations, and procedures for maximum efficiency.

Grade Level: GS-07 ($57,736~$75,059)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
