We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team of Fund Accounting professionals!  

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist in the financial reporting process for venture capital and private equity funds. This position will report to an Accounting Manager.

This position will be required to do the following:

  • Prepare daily/weekly journal entries in connection with fund activity
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare schedules and provide support in connection with the annual audit
  • Assist in managing cash flow needs
  • Various ad-hoc tasks, and other projects and deadlines that arise in relation to above

  • Knowledge of GAAP
