Product Analyst
Role Summary
Join a team responsible for transforming how marketing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence drive client experiences, personalization, and business growth. You’ll work at the intersection of enterprise martech, customer data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities—evaluating new technologies, building proof-of-concepts, and helping scale innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities
Act as a Client & Project Partner:
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business stakeholders and MarTech initiatives
Support end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects aligned to client and business needs
Gather, document, and clarify requirements for data and analytics use cases
Communicate project timelines, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Contribute to informed decision-making by providing data-driven insights and context
Drive Project Execution & Coordination:
Research project dependencies, data flows, and potential gaps impacting delivery
Coordinate across product, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to execute projects
Track and manage deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives
Document requirements, processes, and outcomes to support scalability and reuse
Support Data Quality & Governance:
Monitor and help improve data quality, availability, and consistency across datasets
Identify and help resolve data issues that impact reporting, measurement, or client experience
Support testing and validation of data implementations and tracking solutions
Follow established data governance standards to ensure data is accurate and compliant
Analyze Data & Deliver Insights:
Analyze client and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Develop recommendations to improve client experience, marketing performance, and operational efficiency
Support development of dashboards, reports, and measurement capabilities
Partner with analytics and product teams to enable consistent, actionable insights
Contribute to Strategic Initiatives:
Support initiatives tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and compliance requirements
Help track progress and identify risks or dependencies impacting outcomes
Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement in data, processes, and tools
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2+ years of experience in product, data, analytics, marketing technology, or a related field
Preferred:
Foundational understanding of data, analytics, and/or digital marketing concepts
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
