CEO Office Intern
Laurel Strategies is a global CEO advisory and strategic communications firm for the world’s most visionary executives, corporations and institutions. We are seeking high-performing interns who thrive in small teams, fast-paced settings, are self-starters and strong writers to join our team for the Summer and Fall seasons of 2026. (*Note: Start and end date have flexibility based on applicant's class schedule.)

Additionally, we are deepening our regional work in a number of key areas, including Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Previous office/internship experience and a high level of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in research
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Strong internal motivation
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive matters while continually advancing medium- and long-term tasks
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and creativity in problem solving
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Composure under pressure, relentless desire to problem-solve and a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience working in complex teams while maintaining emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Intern Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Office administration, including maintaining office supplies inventory, coordinating office guest visits and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment
- Assist with logistical coordination for events, including team offsites, board meetings, and client events
- Research and write background briefings for the CEO and Laurel ecosystem to utilize in critical meetings, including business development.
- Assist with low-level technical support and maintain administrative responsibilities across multiple platforms; receive, organize, and maintain stock of office supplies
- Answer the main office phone and direct calls
- Assist with basic accounting support, recordkeeping, and expense reporting
- Assist with administrative support for senior staff in the Office of CEO
- Other projects and tasks as assigned based on interest and need
- Must be able to work in person (Tuesday - Thursday) at our office headquarters in downtown DC
