Duties
- You will manage the Government Travel Program (DTS), manage office supplies (order/inventory/stock), and serve as the Navy ERP User Account Administrator.
- You will perform a range of analytical studies and projects related to program operations that include the effectiveness of business processes, organizational structures, and management internal controls and processes.
- You will review and/or comply with Navy, NAVWAR, and CPE WEBS policies and procedures that include developing local program procedures to ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures.
- You will support the development and implementation of information/knowledge management processes for the organization.
- You will manage information and/or knowledge management systems and processes supporting correspondence and records management policies and procedures.
- You will develop and implement processes, plans, and policies to manage program business operations.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band DA-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying quantitative and qualitative methods, fact finding, and investigative techniques to provide managers with objectively based information to inform administrative and programmatic decisions.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
In leiu of experince, you may use eudcatoin as follows:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
If using education to qualify, you must provide transcripts.

This position is in the Personnel Demonstration Project under authority of Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978.
The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
