Compensation: $60,000 base + uncapped commission + bonuses

NewDay USA is a fast-growing national VA mortgage company focused on helping veterans and military families achieve homeownership. We’re hiring recent and upcoming college graduates for full-time Account Executive Associate roles.  
You’ll join a competitive, team-oriented culture where high performers thrive. We provide full paid in-house training and licensing — no prior mortgage or sales experience required.  
What You’ll Do 
- Build relationships with veterans and guide them through VA mortgage options (cash-out refinance and home purchase)  
- Follow up on inbound leads (no cold calling)  
- Present customized financial solutions and support clients from application through closing  
- Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and sales teams  
- Hit and exceed sales goals in a high-energy, results-driven environment  
Who We’re Looking For  
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (must graduate by start date)  
- Strong communication and people skills  
- Competitive mindset and coachable attitude  
- Desire to build a high-earning sales career  
- U.S. citizen (no sponsorship available)  
Preferred (but not required): Business, Finance, Economics, or related majors
