WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Develop, analyze, and advise leadership on programmatic planning and implementation, including long-range strategic planning.
- Identify and propose solutions to management problems that are of major importance to planning program direction.
- Manage the day-today operational activities of the team including establishing short and long-term goals, operational plans and program direction and priorities for the branch.
- Evaluate, process, and/or make recommendations for effective organizational changes, including changes of systems, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
- Synthesizing complex information from multiple data systems (e.g., case management platforms, law enforcement reports, and tracking databases) into clear, concise executive-level reports, briefings, and data visualizations that inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Editing and providing quality control oversight of analytical reports, case summaries, and presentations to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards, including implementing process improvements to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Supervising and evaluating a team, establishing priorities and deadlines, and managing formal work plans or project timelines to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables in fast-paced environments with competing demands.
