About DCP
District Capital Partners (“DCP”) is an investment bank with expertise in M&A transaction execution, acquisition candidate pipeline development, and corporate finance strategy.
We are M&A specialists who provide a unique balance of “in-house” and pure advisory capabilities. For several of our clients, we are their outsourced Corporate Development group; for others, we augment an existing team. In all cases, we work side-by-side with our client partners in a manner that we believe is unique and missing from the traditional advisory model.
DCP’s foundation is built upon our experience advising on buyside and sellside M&A transactions. We aspire to develop long-term, mutually valuable relationships that span the breadth of our firm’s operational and transactional expertise. With over $350 billion of transaction experience, we serve as a partner and advisor, addressing a variety of client needs relating to M&A advisory services.
DCP is headquartered in Washington, DC, with clients across various industries and geographic regions. We proudly maintain a professional, engaging, and fun work environment.
