This position is part of the U.S International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Health & Agribusiness. You will be responsible for a full range of new equity investments, developing to undertake tasks required to process transactions from initial screening through due diligence, negotiating and structuring, approval, documentation, closing and funding, as well as advising on investment, risk, and policy.

Conduct analyses of direct equity proposals to determine their market, competitive, business, and financial viability, including review of financial statements, proforma financial models and valuation analyses.

Conduct desk and field visits, correspondence with officials of the host country, industry experts, private firm representatives, Embassy personnel and other sources needed to analyze applications for U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) financing.

Prepare investment memos by synthesizing due diligence analysis to present potential investments to various committees for approval.

Build financial models and valuation analyses for prospective investments.

Support team in sourcing new potential investments, managing deal pipeline, and taking investments from screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiating, to closing.

Support team on administrative duties and tasks as needed.
