National Urban League Summer Internship Program
Are you eager to gain real-world experience and make a positive impact on your community? Interested in behind-the-scenes work at a national conference?
If so, the National Urban League Summer Internship Program is the perfect opportunity for you!
This internship offers college students valuable exposure to the nonprofit sector, based at our headquarters in New York City and Washington, D.C. As an intern, you'll learn about the intersection of nonprofits, corporations, and government, gaining insight into how they collaborate to drive change. This hybrid internship (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) is open to undergraduate students only.
Program Details:
Paid Internship
Duration: 9 weeks (June 3 – July 31)
Location: New York City or Washington, D.C.
Housing is not provided by the National Urban League. You are responsible for your housing.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for driven, motivated students from various academic backgrounds who:
Have demonstrated strong academic performance (minimum 2.8 GPA)
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Are passionate about the National Urban League's mission
Are actively involved in extracurricular activities and community service
