REPORTS TO: Senior Attorney Recruitment Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
LOCATION:
This position is available in the following office location – Washington, DC and Los Angeles
JOB SUMMARY
The Legal Talent Intern supports the Attorney Recruitment Manager and will support attorney recruitment and development as needed with general administration duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Perform general administrative duties during administration department rotations as assigned.
- Assist with Summer Program meetings and events.
- Assist with preparation for on-campus interviews.
- Assist with preparation for annual associate evaluation process.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, as directed, with other administrative functions.
- Fulfill data requests, develop, and prepare reports and metrics as requested.
- Conduct research and prepare summary reports.
- Assist other administrative departments with events and reporting as needed.
- Monitor and update both electronic and paper files as directed.
- Assist with data entry tasks.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate surveys, questionnaires, and statements.
- Assist with audit of bar memberships and registrations.
- Participate in combined team initiatives, as requested.
- Assist with coordinating events and receptions on occasion.
- Assist with creation and preparation of invitations for various events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required.
Education:
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree at a degree or certificate-granting post-secondary academic institution.
Experience:
- Office administrative experience preferred.
- Leadership experience in college preferred.

The annualized good faith base salary range for this position in the following location(s):
- Washington, DC: $25 per hour
- Los Angeles: $25 per hour
The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable certifications, and other relevant professional licenses held, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
