*Please note: Although this internship is unpaid, we offer a $2,000 stipend to students who complete a minimum of 120 hours.

Get a hands-on, immersive experience working alongside our Human Resources team!

Bello Machre's Human Resources department oversees the entire employment process, including hiring, training, benefits and insurance, and employee recognition.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • supporting onboarding/training efforts
  • updating employee records
  • developing staff engagement initiatives
  • planning staff recognition
  • observing interviews
