Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The analyst will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing existing investments, conducting diligence on prospective opportunities, and supporting portfolio accounting and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze existing investments, including financial performance tracking and risk assessment.
• Support and conduct due diligence on potential investments across private equity, fund investments, and marketable securities.
• Support portfolio accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with senior team members to develop financial and cash flow models and assess investment opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance data organization and reporting processes using Excel and Addepar.
• Work with third party service providers such as banks, accountants, legal counsel, and credit teams to solve problems and provide solutions. 
• Provide administrative support to the team for maintenance of credit facilities as well as to satisfy KYC and other regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, private equity, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and experience with Addepar is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating within a small, tight-knit team.
