Consulting Associate (Contractor/Full-Time Position)

The Collective Good is looking for a Consulting Associate who can move fast, think critically, and make sense of complex information. This role is for someone who thrives on jumping between projects, digging into data with precision, and building decks that do not just look good but drive action.

Ideal candidates are recent grads or have up to five years of experience in finance, consulting, or another analyst role. We are looking for someone who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to contribute.

Job Responsibilities

As a Consulting Associate at The Collective Good, you will:

• Analyze Data & Extract Insights – Gather, clean, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Conduct Research – Dive into policy reports, financial data, and community trends to distill key findings that shape our work.
• Develop Clear & Compelling Presentations – Structure complex information into decks that not only look sharp but drive decision-making.
• Support Multiple Client Engagements – Jump between engagements, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Teams & Clients – Work closely with internal team members and external partners to align on insights, frameworks, and solutions.
• Think Critically & Problem-Solve – Apply structured thinking to break down challenges, identify patterns, and generate actionable solutions.
