Investment Banking Analyst
Location: Remote/In-Person (As Required)
Reports To: Senior Investment Manager
Role Overview:
The Investment Banking Analyst will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, preparing pitch materials, and assisting in the execution of transactions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and due diligence on investment prospects.
- Assist in preparing investment presentations, pitch decks, and reports for investors.
- Support senior team members in structuring and executing transactions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and analyze financial data to assess risk and return.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or asset management is preferred.
