Congressional Intern

The Office of Congressman Steny Hoyer is seeking interns for the Summer of 2025 in the Greenbelt district office. Our internship offers an introduction to congressional affairs and community outreach for students hoping to learn more about what Members of the U.S. House of Representatives do for their constituents and their community. We are looking for motivated, personable students to come assist our office with constituent affairs, whether it is by working our phones, sending out written correspondence, or assisting in community outreach events. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to my 5 pm. Our office is seeking for interns who can come in-person at least twice a week and at a minimum of 12 hours a week, as we move to have more of an in-person office presence.
