Associate

Dean & Company Associates are focused on enhancing clients’ bottom-line performance through the development of innovative solutions to complex, high-stakes problems and the application of these solutions. 

 

Associates are responsible for:

  • Performing industry research to find data to address the client’s issues
  • Conducting detailed analysis to develop business insights 
  • Leading problem solving by designing research and analytic paths
  • Translating analytic results into recommendations of practical solutions for the client.
  • Communicating recommendations to clients and senior management 
  • Supervising Analysts and new Associates
  • Recruiting new Analysts and Associates for the firm

 

We are looking for bright, motivated, collaborative individuals with:

  • A PhD
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn rapidly
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytic skills
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Ability to conduct primary & secondary research
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and guide change
