Annual salary range: 60,000-80,000 USD
The opportunity
We’re hiring for a dynamic Consultant position based in the United States to support our continued growth in the transportation infrastructure advisory market.
What you have is an interest in transportation development and want to catalyze meaningful change for government and corporate clients in the domestic U.S. market.
Your impact
We’ll rely on your research, writing and communications skills to analyze some of the most pressing public policy and commercial challenges facing the transportation industry, including social, technological, economic, environmental and political dimensions.
You'll thrive in this position if you enjoy solving problems, research and writing in collaboration with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
You'll contribute to different stages of our project lifecycle:
- Research, synthesize and clearly communicate findings
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Write compelling and well-organized reports
- Work with data analysts to extract meaning from numbers
- Collaborate with cartographers and graphic artists to illustrate results
- Assist with managing schedules and budgets
- Assist with marketing and business development, including client outreach and lead tracking
- Assist with the development of winning proposals
- Foster productive and long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Contribute to marketing activities such as writing external thought leadership content, attending, or speaking at conferences, helping identify potential future candidates or providing administrative support

What you bring to the team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in public policy, economics, urban planning, and engineering or similar discipline. A master's degree with academic distinction is desirable.
- 1 or more years of professional experience.
- Can distill meaning and communicate findings clearly on paper or in person
- Can speak and write fluently in English; Spanish language experience is a plus
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software
- Can and is willing to travel domestically and internationally as required, conditions permitting
- Have the legal right to work in the United States
